Sustainability
Our School Climate Action Plan
We are proud to share our Climate Action Plan, developed in line with the Department for Education (DfE) requirements. This is a three-year plan, setting out clear steps to reduce our environmental impact and support the journey toward net zero.
The plan is reviewed each term, ensuring that progress is monitored and new opportunities are identified. Any updates will be posted here, so that our whole school community can follow our journey.
As this is a long-term plan, some areas are still to be confirmed (TBC). Certain actions will require more time and coordination with staff, pupils, governors, and external partners before they can be finalised.
We recognise that sustainability is a shared responsibility. Pupils, staff, parents, governors, and our wider community all have an important part to play in helping us build a more sustainable future.
Our sustainability lead is Claire Martin.
