Our vision for Computing

Opportunities for accessing the Computing Curriculum are available to all, promoting inclusion and developing St George’s CE First School as a hub of community learning. Pupils are excited and motivated to learn. They become confident, discerning and safe users of ICT, who appreciate its value and purpose. They develop key skills and apply their knowledge and understanding using a range of ICT. They are empowered to creatively develop and enhance their own learning through technology enhanced activities and within the Computing Curriculum. A well-trained and confident workforce is maintained through regular, ongoing CPD and the sharing of good practice. Everyone is equipped with the knowledge, skills and understanding to embrace new developments in technology with confidence.
